The educational program Start-Up Academy aims to prepare young leaders to begin their adventure with entrepreneurship and run their own business, by equipping them with the necessary skills including basic cross-sectoral, professional and soft skills. In addition, the course will have to convince participants of the need to change attitudes from reactive to proactive and innovative.

 

The practical part of the curriculum will include innovative practical exercises on personal development, leadership, entrepreneurship, project management, developed by world-class experts in the field of personal development such as prof. Andreas Widmer, Sir Ken Robinson, Anthony Robins or Steven Covey.

 

The theoretical part will be divided into content blocks reflecting on: Shaping an idea and Creating a business plan; Strategic Planning; budget; team management; entrepreneurial best practices;project management; fundraising & re-doing.
