On September 19th, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Belgium and Luxembourg organized an event for Spanish entrepreneurs to present the EmprendeBelux program, taking a closer look at the opportunities that the Belgian country has to offer.

Regarding the importance of having a strong command of languages, especially in Brussels, the training aid called “Actiris Matching Cheque” was explained. It consists of individual and free courses for those that, apart from meeting some requirements, are starting a freelance business.

Furthermore, grants of different levels are offered for trainings about economic development for a maximum duration of six months to entrepreneurs, microenterprises and SMEs.

Language Studies International (LSI), offers French business courses where professional objectives are achieved in order to adapt to various positions in the business sector. These trainings cost  496 € (equipment included) and are completed throughout several sessions, where participants will meet the 24 hour requirements of the module which will be broken up into 4-6 hours per week.
